Charm Pack Downloadable Pattern

Am going to be making this for myself. I have two other jackets that are quilted in the fan design and wanted something a little different. The pattern that I use for my sweatshirt base has raglan sleeves, I hope I can convert this pattern over to this jacket. Should be interesting. I really dislike paying the absurd price for a premade sweatshirt when I can make them my self.
