Okay, Here We Go
I guess you get what you pay for. The matte itself is good, well cut and sized but very standard. Could be thicker or pay a little more for thicker option? The frame is average also. I've seen better but also much worse. The big issue is the ("glass") plexiglass is very thin and should be thicker especially for 16" x 20" and bigger.

Great product, great service
After having my questions answered about their product over email very quickly I placed an order. The order arrived well packed, and on time and the Matt board was exactly the dimensions I specified and we are very happy with the quality of both Matt and the frame, I will definitely order again.

Great buy
I ordered 2. 1 very large and a 9x12. Both were wrapped for maximum protection. Quality of both were wonderful. I will use this company again. I just wish there were other color frames to purchase. I have to paint one that I received but still worth it.
