Instructions
I felt my instructions were not followed. The print I have I used as the guide to the placement of the opening in the mat. It was cut too large and the placement forced me to trim the print, which I wanted to avoid. But I was impressed with how securely it was packaged so it got here safe and sound. The products themselves were great. I think I had something out of the norm that could not possibly be correct. But my background is in the art field, so I felt I knew what was needed. I will consider using their service again, it was a great product and the price was great.
