My Fault

I measured wrong and the mats are too big. Plus, I didn't realize that my frame could only hold 1 mat and not the 2 that I intended to use. I'll go back to having professionals do this.

Miscut and no response re: Order #33617

I've ordered multiple times from MatboardHQ and been happy but I've sent 2 emails (Feb. 24 and 26) plus a message thru the web page on the 27th that this mat was not cut according to my order/the info on the confirming email. The lack of response/resolution is very disappointing. No. . . I'll not post my review on Facebook but will likely not order again either or recommend.
