Quality of products.
The double mat was perfect. The backer board was perfect. The frame material was what I expected but the workmanship was poor. I had to put corner brackets on the back to stabilize it and then needed a coat of paint to hide the raw material at the 45s. The plexiglass was cracked in 2 places.
