First time using this awning, a storm out of nowhere decided to grace us, it held up to the abuse from the weather, no tears or anything upon research I discovered that it’s construction is identical to other brands with heavier price tags, overall happy with the product and do recommend to others that are interested, depending on your setup you may need to make or have made custom brackets to mount it
