I have been ordering tortillas for some time now and the last order came damaged. I sent pics, did not ask for a refund or replacement. staff reached out to me and sent me replacements with no questions. you don't find an excellent product with excellent customer service very often. I love these tortillas, they are so fresh it is hard not to eat them as soon as you open them! YUM

I love the flavor of your tortillas. I have bought them a few times, but to be honest, they are all way too thin and they tear and get too hard. The Gorditas are so much better. They’re a little thicker and have a better flavor.
