Wrong order delivered

Custom item was delivered with wrong stone despite notes on the order. Thy are working on a replacement but it’s added another month of time before I receive it. Customer service responsive but has not yet offered me an additional discount on this item for the inaccurate shipment or the delay.

Exactly what I was looking for!
