This was my first time buying & using a lever belt after using a buckle belt for years. I LOVE this UPPPER belt! For reference, I am 5’2” 133 & the size SM fits perfect. I initially stayed away from them because I didn’t trust the lever, but it doesn’t pop open. Just keep it centered & you’re not going to bump it.
