My husband came home a bit underwhelmed by the course. He felt that the teacher was a bit out of practice with teaching but clearly a good cook. He thought that in the time available it would have been better to do fewer things with clearer explanations. He felt it was structured to couples.

Pasta Course

Mikeal made us very welcome and put everyone at ease. He presented easy to follow demonstrations and was on hand to guide us throughout the morning. Really enjoyable and in a lovely setting. I loved the ravioli! Thank you.
