Cool car terrible shipping

The car was shipped and had some damage when received. The damage was mostly cosmetic with some structural damage. The car overall still functioned. When reported to the customer service line I was told to continue assembly and make a note of any other damage. Once completed and reported, I was asked to accept a partial refund. No other option was offered. Since I had totally unpacked and assembled the car (no small activity) I accepted the 25% refund. Not sure how I would have returned it anyway. It came in a very large box and was very awkward to handle. My grandson probably won’t notice the difference, but I certainly will. Probably won’t purchase from this company again unless it’s from a local dealer.

Love it!! Oh, and so does the grandbaby! 🤣 horn, Bluetooth radio/phone, remote for parents including an emergency stop! Lights undercarriage. So many features and so much fun!!
