Could've been easier to set up if given the right materials

A CD-ROM is the most outdated thing i can imagine. Please figure out something else, such as just putting a hard copy of the manual into the packaging. That was the most difficult part about it all. Especially since PCs and computers stay updated. a cd-rom was hard to install and cooperate in my system. Other than that, I figured out how to setup my microsope on my own. it works wonderfully, magnifies just how i hoped, and the appearance looks very modern for the price i paid.

Broken out of the box

I tried calling and speaking to someone, sent multiple e mails but was told to read the owners manual. The unit had damaged data ports so I couldn't connect to my computer. I just wanted to return it but my call was dropped with every attempt.
