Works with Linux, but not Windows. Tech support not good.

I was unable to get the device working under Windows 10. Fortunately, it works out of the box with Linux. The tech support leaves much to be desired. I opened a ticket via email and got a reply requesting additional information, which I supplied. Then I got another reply saying the ticket would be closed due to inactivity. I replied again. Same reply. I replied a third time, then got notified that ticket was closed due to inactivity.
