I have started using omega 3 recently to help with my dry eyes. I have also seen an improvement with my skin. I use a lot of British supplements. I Would never go anywhere else. Thank you all.

My husband and I started taking this as well as Vitamin D about a month ago. We haven't noticed any difference at the moment but I think it takes about 120 days for cells to renew so we will continue.
