I purchased a microscope for our school co-op from this company so I could support this small online company instead of just ordering from Amazon. It came back to bite me since I needed to return the microscope since it was not a good fit for our needs. I had to pay an extra $20 to return it. I requested to return it with free shipping and order a different one from the company since I was ordering it for a school, but they were unwilling to cover the return shipping. I will NOT purchase from this company again. I can find great deals elsewhere that offer better customer service. Now I know why Amazon and other companies do so well.
