Aries in customer support was beyond helpful! These are amazing and unfortunately had a strap break, reached out about any warranty potential and they were beyond helpful, quick to fix and not only did they fix but even got them delivered the day before I left back to Kauai to be able to use them! Lifetime customer for their support alone, not to mention the best shoes out there
