Having some experience with magic circles and nerdy historians from the Near/Middle East, I've smelled various Kyphi interpretations through the years, with varying components (juniper fruit, dates etc). This one is a lovely interpretation. Defintely smoky with the birch and mhyrrh coming in the forefront. To me there's an overall impression of sweet spiced wine with chocolate. Rich and sweet, but balanced by the smoky balsam and woods. Quite a sexy fragrance, but a little dab goes a very long way. Thank you for the experience Zoha. Warm and spicy, this works well in the Autumn or I find it works well with both a citrus or leather fragrance.
