Horrible customer service

This review is for the Floating Lotus conditioner that I ordered. When I used it I smelled vinegar and it definetily was not a conditioner. I think they accidentally put shampoo in a bottle marked conditioner. I love the shampoo and conditioner that I usually use. These products are expensive and I am looking for a refund or replacement for the product that I ordered that is not correct. I have tried via e-mail and also called the number several times and left messages with no response. The customer service is horrible. I have a problem with my order and noone is helping.

Used this for many years and still love it!

Did not leave my hair feeling clean and the fragrance of the shampoo was unpleasant
