Maple Sugar Pancake Mix

This pancake mix makes the best pancakes I've ever had. I loved them so much that I had to get the mix for other people as gifts. Just follow the recipe on the bag.

My husband and I were given a little bag of this as a thank you. We were a little skeptical of how thick the batter was at first, but man these were delicious. We ended up buying the large bag ( and large syrup). The crunchies really make it. The buttermilk is a unique flavor that works very well. We will never go back to the store bought.
