OW1 Indoor High-voltage Shocking Electronic Rat Trap

Only one of the 2 units function correctly, as I bought brand new Duracell batteries for each unit, and one continues to have the red light blinking, indicating a problem, the metal sensors and contacts are not dirty or wet. I need the company to send a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. I have already went thru and trouble shooted the other possibilities but to no avail.

Does not zap anything, not even bugs.

So far does not work. I’m going to try something else otherwise it’s going to be returned.
