This is my second 4040 pro, these machines are workhorses and work great out of the box, great for a beginner or expert. The only issue ive had so far is with an offline controller but customer support is working on a fix. Definitely recommend

Not going well for me

The machine was really easy to put together and install all the drivers, it seems well made the only trouble I had was the machine would keep disconnecting from the PC and when it did start carving, as soon as the bit touched the wood the motor would stop, several attempts to get it up and running again wasted 6hrs of my day, so far not impressed with this machine, purchased as I currently run a small business with 6 3d printers and laser engraver, and wanted to start doing some new products.
