Truly an excellent condition iPad

Absolutely as described, excellent condition. I used to use BackMarket and the past three times they’ve burned me and this past time was the last I’ll ever order from them. Got this same iPad Air in excellent condition, same storage and everything and it came with 1,100 charge cycles, cling wrapped to a cardboard sleeve and the charge port was full of sticky debris and battery health was at 70% and it had tons of damage around the port from the heavy use. Decided to give Plug Tech a try after I returned the other one to the other site we won’t name and wow I’m absolutely blown away. Not only was my iPad truly in excellent condition, it came with a charger block, cable and shipped TWO hours after I placed the order and got delivered exactly two days later. Not one scratch on the body or screen and the battery is only at 162 charge cycles (checked with coconut battery) and this appears to literally have never been used before. This was also about 40 dollars cheaper than the first one I got from the other site we won’t be naming anymore. Thank you for standing behind your refurbished tech, you’ve got me as a customer now.

'Ecofriendly' Device Tik-Tok Videos can be a bit misleading. The service is stellar though.

It had a little more dents and nicks than I anticipated. The battery health is not great either. When I saw the videos of how little damage was on some of the Ecofriendly Devices I was persuaded ignore the 'Good Condition' devices which I preferred. I honestly didn't mind paying a few more dollars for a decent iPad. The service & communication is stellar & delivery is super quick. For that I am very impressed.
