It's not a non-stick pan

I've owned a number of Anolon non-stick pans but the X model doesn't live up to the marketing. Eggs, fish, pretty everything sticks and the pan has to be soaked to be cleaned. The documentation says to never use non-stick sprays and use oil instead. Well that doesn't work.

Good product, terrible support behind the sale

What a shame that these quality products have terrible customer support behind the sale. If you have any issue that needs attention they leave you hanging. Anolon leadership needs to take a page from Chewy, Zappos, American Express and others who strive to have customers for life
