The best hydration control drink in my experience

The Lemon Single-Serving stick goes with me pretty much everywhere I go. It is an excellent choice for warm dry days with some exertion. There have been times I think this product saved my life. Well, at least kept me going without leg and stomach cramps. The stick is just the right size for a 16.9 ounce water bottle, which makes it probably the easiest and convenient way to carry a way to hydrate properly.

I bought Vitalyte first in 2010 for a trip to the Grand Canyon. We hiked to the bottom to the Havasupi Village. Had no issues with electrolyte depravation. It was a brutal hike. I purchase some every year for the brutal summer months on the Gulf Coast.
