I use this anout once a week to clean my night guard - put it on, let it sit while I brush my teeth, then brush & rinse off. Works great!

I really like the way this produce tastes! It’s a fresh feeling, free of alcohol and bitterness. If I could change anything it would be how it is dispensed. A toothpaste tube would work better to get the product onto the Invisaligns. But it’s much better tasting than anything else I’ve tried.
