The Cool Citrus Vitalyte has been my go-to ever since learning of it at SAR City. This is the first time I've ordered the single-serving stick, simply because I have a friend who kept pushing them into my hand every time we were outdoors. In my experience the Cool Citrus is the best compilation of ingredients for hot dry exertion-filled days. The flavor is very good, and I feel the hydrating results in a matter of minutes.
