Bleu des Basque cheese

Very nice bleu cheese. Personally I prefer a stronger flavour blue cheese. If you like a mild bleu cheese then this one will be great for you.

second order— clearly not fresh

this is the second time we ordered from his place. while well packaged two of the creamy cheeses that were cut from bigger piece into the shipping portions was clearly not fresh, in fact already looked dark and discoloured (unlike the first time we ordered the same cheese) .
