1792 Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

Barrel smelled awesome but was dry as a bone, not a drop of fluid or any moisture detected inside. Would love to update my feedback 10 months from now after understanding results of maple syrup placed in the barrel

One of the barrels has a cracked stave. I am a little concerned, but I won’t know until I fill with maple syrup. I’ll give 5 stars for now
