1 Liter American Oak Wood Barrel

Very nice looking barrel and no leaks, the price was also a lot less than I would have paid for one sold locally. The engraving was also spot on and added a nice personal touch. My only complaint was the presence of wood chips inside the barrel which I was able to rinse out.

The laser engraving stood out nicely on my barrel. The barrel sealed quickly without any leaks. I was skeptical about the spout at first but now I’m glad the barrel came pre-drilled, as it makes sampling the product so easy.

Nice barrel, not too small, not too big. I got this for making a carry canteen for a Civil War Vivandiere in a Zuave regiment. I wish it was oval, but it will do nicely. With the leather carrying strap/cradle, it can also accompany us when we go out in the Wild.
