Worth the weight

This tripod is light and very sturdy. It feels solid enough to shoot off of as well. It fits perfectly on the side of my pack. I’ve done some test runs with it for glassing and it’s a game changer. The pan head is outstanding as well.

Bought this with the insider discounts and membership perk bonus so the price was very right. Definitely high quality and the fluid motion of the head is super nice. I wanted a tripod that I could use for pretty much everything and I think this will be it. Not field tested yet but glassing the hills from the porch and taking a few photos its been great, maybe better than I need even.

Just right

Tall enough for me to glass standing up when I need to (I’m 6’0”). Very sturdy without being too heavy. Really liking the smooth VA5 head. There are lighter more compact tripods but this is the balance of features and weight that I was looking for. Great product.
