Kalahari Shadows Ash in Grey Rug

I submitted a return request and have not heard back for a month and a half. I disliked the color and wanted to purchase a different color. After waiting so long for a response, I decided to go with a different company. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and refuse to use this website again.

I loved the rug until last night when I put it in the washer for the first time and the stitching on the edge is coming undone.

As other reviews stated the color is different from what is shown online. In my house it appears blue-green. I was expecting more gray and sage. I don't love the color, but I like the pattern, quality, and function. I tried taking a photo, but it looks more gray and less blue in the photos I've taken as well.
