Kalahari Shadows Ash in Grey Rug

I submitted a return request and have not heard back for a month and a half. I disliked the color and wanted to purchase a different color. After waiting so long for a response, I decided to go with a different company. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and refuse to use this website again.

Very disappointing customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone, and have not had a response from email. I was made to pay over $100 in duties upon arrival - I paid in Canadian dollars and was directed to the “Canadian” site, and nowhere in the ordering process was I warned about paying so much additional money in duties. I was going to order more rugs for my home, and my daughter is moving into a new home and was going to order 3 rugs but had bought elsewhere because of this.

I loved the rug until last night when I put it in the washer for the first time and the stitching on the edge is coming undone.
