Pillsbury Quick Bread & Muffin Mix Pumpkin - 14 OZ 12 Pack

The only time you can find Pumpkin bread mix is during the holidays-Thanksgiving & Christmas. When I bake chicken, I love having this bread. Now I can enjoy it all year round. It also freezes well too.

Have used these three Pillsbury quick bread mixes for years as base for fruitcake and biscotti (date for fruitcake and the other two for biscotti). I can put them in the freezer in their boxes and they will be good for at least two years if it takes me that long to use them. They have become difficult to purchase in stores in my town. This is a bit more expensive but the convenience is worth it.
