I’ve been a customer of British Supplements for years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my supplements. Most recently I ordered Mega Mag, but unfortunately Royal Mail misdelivered my parcel. The team at British Supplements were absolutely fantastic and quickly arranged for my order to be resent. Gentle and effective

This is, I think, my third order of the Mega Magnesium. I sometimes take it before bed to help me unwind, and other times in the daytime particularly If I'm experiencing muscle stiffness. I've had other brands which have knocked me out. but this seems perfectly calibrated to relax, while still leaving me refreshed and alert in the morning.
