Crema Mexicana Chicken Enchiladas

I get these a couple time a month & always good. Lots of tender chicken in each enchilada. I’d love to see them with some yellow saffron rice. The extra sauce would be great on rice!

We totally enjoyed the chicken enchiladas! We were impressed by the large amount of chicken as well as the flavor and creaminess.

Always a good choice—chuck full of chicken in a great sauce. I add black beans for a meal. Family favorite.
