Beautiful hat but too large

If you wear a size small, this hat will be too big even with the sizing strips added. It didn't seem crushable to me. Customer Service was very helpful in suggesting another crushable style that hopefully will fit me better. They waived the restocking fee because I ordered the Scala Siena. Fingers crossed that this style fits.
