8/6/26 Update: I finally received my order. Since I have enjoyed their products in the past I will change 1-star review to 4 because their seasonings are good. But they really need to work on their communication and Customer Service. A little more communication and this could have easily been a 5-star review. I will order from them again in the future hoping to turn this into a 5-Star review if my next experience is better. I never received the item. The shipper flagged the package as damaged so I contacted Customer Service. They said they re-shipped it. That was over 2 weeks ago. Customer Service has ignored my email for a tracking number in addition to my follow ups. This is the worst experience and customer service!
