Daytripper Comfort Stretch (10 Pack)

I ordered the daytripper 10pack for my husband. 4 of the 10 pairs fit incorrectly. The thighs were so tight they couldnt even be pulled up the entire way. When i called customer service they were rude, offered little help, and seemed annoyed to even have to be speaking with me. The first time my husband purchase Saxx he bought a two pack and had the same issue- one pair fit much differently despite being the same style/size. Bottom line- these are great when they fit, but the inconsistent quality and poor customer service for a premium priced underwear has us second guessing Saxx all together
