2-Pack iRing Slide - Works with wireless chargers

I wish the small oval shaped plastic component sliding the ring was made of metal instead. I've gone through several of these islides and the plastic always inevitably cracks in half, causing the ring to fall out. I keep buying it though because nobody else has made a sliding ring grip yet.

I ordered a two pack iron slide set for 39.99. Only one came. After speaking with them several times they seem to not feel indebted as they still have not shipped the second one. They did reference my previous purchase at a higher price, but still uninterested in making recompense. Very distressing.
