RadonAway RP145 Pro Radon Fan

Simple direct replacement. Quiet and effective.

Direct replacement with 3 wires to connect hot, neutral, and ground (some models only come with 2 wires). I had noticed radon levels increasing and the vacuum from the old fan was diminishing. This new fan is quieter and creates more vacuum than the old one ever did. I'm anxious to see how much the radon levels drop. Very happy with the fan and hope it lasts. (The old one, same model, was 13 years old and turned out to just be clogged with debris which sealed off the space between fan blades. I'll clean it out and keep it as a spare)

I ordered my RadonAway RP145 Pro Radon Fan online on June 19, and it arrived June 23; nice, fast service. Everything I needed was in the box, and the fan was in all ways similar to the 19-year-old one I was replacing, so no surprises there. I didn't realize but learned that there was an outside circuit breaker. That was the only misstep I encountered, and it was easily resolved. As soon as I set that correctly, the unit powered on and all was well. It was very easy to replace this myself and not to generate a bill for service. I'd buy it again if I ever need one again.

Works great. They fan and kit came as expected in good working order. The fan and the kit were less expensive that if I had bought it separately and home depot. I would definitely use them again.
