Perfect for making yogurt

I was previously using potato starch but after a few batches went off I wanted a prebiotic I could heat with the milk to sterilize it. The potato starch makes the yogurt grainy if heated with the milk, this stuff does not. The yogurt is perfect and creamy. I use the L. Gasseri starter and sometimes HN019 probiotic and it works great.
