Milk Kefir Grains (Dehydrated)

Poor Instructions

The directions on the package were very poor, not indicating amount of milk to include. Not sure of the cause but the results never came through. Product was never a nice tangy but a bitter sourness. I will try again with saved grains.

Shipped right away and received quickly

I followed the instructions and had kefir in six days. I feel like the whole process could have gone either way, because it all seems so mysterious. Revolution Fermentation made it super easy and I’m so pleased!!!

I didn’t know that it would take so long to get the dehydrated grains to a healthy state again and they are quite expensive considering how little one gets 😔
