Great!
I was spoiled by the Chuao Criollo (square box) - this one is great, too, but if you have to choose between the two the other one is comparatively cleaner and has a more uniquely balanced flavor profile. Great 70% regardless, though!

This was the second worst one I've tried. Overpriced. It barely has caramel flavor. Not Ganache like it's supposed to be. It's bitter and unpleasant. I dont mind bitter ones that have a nice flavor, but this chocolate tastes horrible.

Smooth
This is an excellent smooth chocolate bar and at 70% it is not bitter at all. This would be a good go to bar for dark chocolate.
