I followed the directions exactly as described by dr Davis and dr berg ! I was expecting first batch to separate, which is normal and to be expected but my first batch turned out beautiful ! It was thick creamy delicious 😋 I have made 3 batches so for with same rexults now working on my fourth! Happy 😃

I recently started using this starter to make yogurt, and I’m so impressed! I use 3.25% milk, and the yogurt turns out creamy, rich, and delicious every time. It’s super easy to use, and the results are far better than store-bought yogurt.
