Overall great experience. Customer service was super helpful just before purchase to last minute answer questions. once order was placed, the vehicle arrived in 3 days. Car only took 30min to put together with good instructions. 2 of the blue wheel light colors came damaged but did not feel like complaining. Overall happy about the purchase. Car is fast. Battery last a good time.

24V performs

I have no complaints and have been very happy with the purchase I’m glad I went with a 24 V Although I’ve never Personally seen the 12 V I can tell by reading about 24 versus 12 V at the 24 V goes over short grass and mild inclines much better than 12 V and my son enjoys it a lot

Kids love it

Parts are of good quality and the lil guy definitely approves. What more can you ask for?
