Fair Porcelain Concealer

It’s so hard for me to find a concealer that is my skin tone. His is my skin tone. But it’s very drying and I have dry skin, so I needed extra thick moisturizer under my eyes with this. Unfortunately my violet/blue designer under eye bags were still visible.
