I have super coarse, thick, dry hair. This is the best base-layer product. I put it on in the shower and comb it through before adding other curling styling products. It hydrates very well. The scent is also lovely and not overpowering like most other hair products. I've used this for years now and will continue to.

Perfect leave in

Just got this am sold. It calms my very curly, thick hair and eliminates the frizz!

I like really like this product. I have used it consistently to see direct results on my hair, such as giving definite shape to my inherent curls and locking its texture in place. However, I feel the effects wear out quickly given the fact that I relied on this product the most to manage my frizz and almost used it everyday before reaching that conclusion. But it still does a very good job and is a product I’m considering buying in the future. Hopefully, the brand will launch better formulas that is better suited to my hair type.
