Beautiful watch!

The CB2 is the second watch I've purchased from Wolfpoint. Watch looks great and has a solid weight to it. Have received numerous compliments about the color. Just a heads up, if you need to remove any links like I needed to, the tool provided will not get the job done. You'll need to go to a jeweler

Refund Request Pending

Bought this watch and was not impressed with the quality (nothing majorly wrong with the watch though), so had submitted a return request in their online portal. In order to submit a return, they need to accept your request before providing you a shipping label. I submitted multiple return requests within the first 30 days, receiving no contact from Wolfpoint and have been unable to return the watch to receive a refund. Highly disappointed in their customer service and overall experience

Return department non existent

I’ve been trying to return the watch I bought with them for over two weeks to be within the 30 day policy but no one returns emails and they do not have access to customer service any other way.
