I had my Cloud Gate for about a year and a half when the stem broke and wouldn't adjust time or date. I contacted Wolfpoint and they instructed me to send back the watch; they replaced it with a new one within 20 days. No questions asked and outstanding service and value - I will be purchasing one of these outstanding timepieces again.
