Black Angus Beef Brisket

Perfect cut of meat, will buy another asap!!

There wasn't as much marbling as I was used to. This was not a prime brisket, but a choice brisket. About one third of the flat was a little dried out, the rest of the flat, and all of the point was fantastic.

I got two briskets they were bigger than expected but am not complaining 😆. They taste really good and worth the price. I will be going back for more.
